头架和砂轮架的动态特性分析及结构优化 被引量:9

摘要 MKQ8312数控凸轮轴磨床作为国内先进的高速切削加工机床的代表,对其关键零件头架和砂轮架运用Pro/E三维软件进行了几何建模,并运用ANASYS分析软件进行了模态分析,研究了头架和砂轮架的固有频率和振型。根据头架与砂轮架的振型图和动态仿真,分析出了薄壁、壁处开孔、薄厚过渡拐角是其薄弱结构,并找到了对凸轮轴轮廓加工影响较大的频率。针对提高零件薄弱结构提出了几种改进方案,通过对改进后头架和砂轮架的固有频率和质量增加的大小来评价这几种方案的好坏,最后找到了最合理的优化方案。为提高头架和砂轮架的动刚度提供了理论依据,为零件结构设计要避免薄厚不均提供了依据。 MKQ8312 CNC camshaft grinding machine as a representative of the domestic advanced high- speed cutting machine tools,through the use of Pro / E 3D software for its key parts headstock and grinding wheel rack geometry modeling,studies the natural frequency and vibration mode of the headstock and grinding wheel rack. According to the vibration mode and dynamic simulation of headstock and grinding wheel rack,analyze that thin wall,wall openings,thicknesses transition corner are the weak structure,find the frequency of the larger influence on CAM profile machining. To improve weak parts structure several improvements are put forward,through the improvements on the natural frequencies and quality of the headstock and grinding wheel rack back to evaluate these solutions. Finally find the most reasonable optimization solutions. Provide a theoretical basis to improve dynamic stiffness of the headstock and the grinding wheel rack,provide the basis for parts structure design to avoid uneven.
