摘要
针对高速走丝线切割在大厚度、大能量切割时常因放电极间供液不足而出现干切和换向条纹的现象,提出在工作液高压浇注供液方式的基础上,增添跟踪喷液辅助系统。该系统可减少或消除供液喷嘴与切割表面间的喷液流失,提高工作液的极间进入量和极间平均流动速度,进而改善极间放电条件。通过试验发现在相同参数的切割条件下,喷液高度和喷液压力等因素对大厚度、大能量切割的影响规律,并验证了跟踪喷液冷却方式是改善极间供液不足,提高切割效率的有效手段。其最大切割效率可达200 mm2/min以上,为高速走丝线切割机喷液系统的完善提出了新的解决方案。
Aiming at WEDM- HS in large thickness,high energy cutting often because of discharge electrode for insufficient fluid and the emergence of dry cutting and reversing stripes phenomenon,put forward in the working fluid pressure casting for liquid based,add tracking spray auxiliary system. The system can reduce or eliminate the loss of liquid jet between the nozzle and the cutting surface,and increase the average flow rate of the working fluid. Through the test find in the parameters of the same cutting conditions,the influence of spray height and spray pressure factors on large thickness,high energy cutting,and verify the tracking spray cooling means is improved for lack of fluid,the effective means to improve the cutting efficiency. The maximum cutting efficiency can reach 200 mm2/ min or above,and propose a new solution for the improvement of WEDM- HS injection system.
