摘要
针对数控机床用户使用中常见的撞车与尺寸不稳故障,举例说明了维修方法,而大部分故障的发生并非数控系统本身原因引起的,往往是因为操作、调整处理不当引起的故障。文章面向一般操作维修者,着重解决实际问题。
Aiming at common crash in NC machine tool users and size instability failure,the method of maintenance is illustrated. Most of the fault is not caused by CNC system itself,but by the improper operation and adjustment. This article features solve practical problems for common maintenance operators.
