摘要
以滚柱直线导轨副中循环滚动体滚柱为主要研究对象,利用多体动力学理论结合数值计算分析,研究了滚动体对滚动直线导轨副刚度的影响。通过对滚柱直线导轨副的运动仿真分析,对滚柱直线导轨副中滚柱、滑块、整体结构布局及其主要结构参数进行优化设计,改善其受力状况,提高其性能指标。最后介绍了结构优化后的LZ45型滚柱直线导轨副的主要性能测试结果。
By taking a roller in linear guider as the research object,the influences of the roller on the stiffness of linear guider are researched by dynamical simulation and numerical calculation. Based on the motion simulation of the roller linear guider,the parameters of the roller and slider and the key dimension of the structure are optimized,and the contact force between the roller and groove are improved. At last the test results of the type LZ45 linear guider are introduced.
