摘要
采用ADAMS仿真分析软件建立变位机的虚拟样机模型,对变位机翻转运动过程、旋转运动过程以及切削加工过程进行仿真分析,得到变位机翻转驱动电机设计参数以及锁紧装置的锁紧力矩最大值。本文的计算结果对于变位机的设计开发有指导意义。
The virtual prototype model of the positioner is established by ADAMS. Positioner's working process, such as turning, rotating and machining process, is simulated and analyzed. Finally, the design pa- rameters of drive motor during positioned turnover and the maximum lock torque of locking device are obtained. The calculation results provides a guiding significance for design and development of positioner.
