摘要
本文就鞍钢RH存在的问题进行分析,提出改造方案:重新设计了真空系统,增大了抽气量,增加自动底吹氩系统,重新设计了密封通道。为了节能降耗,还在末级增加了水环泵。经过改造,整个系统的性能得以改善,提高了生产能力。对于以后RH的改造和节能具有积极意义。
Issues of RH facility were analyzed in the paper, and rebuilding scheme, including redesigning vac- uum and increasing exhaust, adding argon blowing, redesigning sealed pass, was given. The water-ring vacuum pumps were designed in last stage for saving energy. After rebuilding, all capability of system and produc- tion were improved. It is positive to rebuilding and saving energy of RH facility.
