摘要
草酸及其盐类在自然界中普遍存在,广泛分布于植物、动物和微生物体内。草酸被哺乳动物摄食后会被消化道吸收而进入机体,进而产生严重的毒性作用。论文探讨草酸在体内代谢、微生物降解、肠道生态系统对其降解影响以及草酸与胃肠道内微生物相互作用,阐明草酸在哺乳动物体内的代谢机制有助于理解草酸在哺乳动物体内降解的过程,有助于动物饲养以及疾病的防控。
Oxalic acid and its salts are widespread in nature,and widely distribute in the body of plants,animals and microorganisms.When oxalic acid is mammals,it will be absorpted digestive by intestinal tract.and lead to serious toxicity to mammals.In this paper,the metabolism of oxalic acid in vivo,microbial degradation,the effects of intestinal ecosystem on its degradation,and the interaction between oxalic acid and microorganisms in gastrointestinal tract were discussed.To elucidate the metabolic mechanism of oxalic acid in mammals can help us understand the degradation process of oxalic acid in mammals and animal feeding and disease prevention and control in the future.
