摘要
应用型技术本科教育是社会经济发展和高等教育结构类型调整的必然结果。面对地市经济、科技的发展和教育内外部形势的变化,要求地市在办学主体的选择、法规制度的建立和融资渠道的拓展等方面采取有效策略,合理调整本科教育和高等职业教育结构类型,发展应用型技术本科教育。
It is a necessary consequence for social development and adjustment of higher education student to focus on technology- applied higher education. Facing the development of local economy and science and the change of educational internal and external situation, the regions are required to take effective measures on the choice of school running subjects, the construction of laws and regulations and the development of financing channel and adjust properly the educational construction type of undergraduate education and vocational education to develop technology-applied education.
