中国学术界对拉丁美洲的认知——以《拉丁美洲研究》为例的学术史梳理

The Understanding of Latin America by Chinese Academia——A Review of Academic History Based on Journal of Latin American Studies

《拉丁美洲研究》是中国唯一一份研究拉美的专业刊物,该刊集中反映了中国学术界对拉美的认知水平。自1979年创刊以来,该刊发表了三千多篇文章,从这些研究成果可以看出,中国学者研究和关心的拉美问题十分广泛,但总体上都与中国的发展和中拉关系的发展息息相关。就该刊组织讨论的十个方面的问题而言,如拉丁美洲的社会性质、南北美洲发展道路的比较、拉美和东亚发展模式的比较、对新自由主义改革的评价、关于"拉美化"和"中等收入陷阱"问题的争论、对拉美左派崛起和"21世纪社会主义"的看法等等,学者们都提出了正反两方面的多种观点。由此观之,中国学者力图客观公正地评价拉美问题,并力图认识一个真实的拉丁美洲。

Journal of Latin American Studies is China＇s only specialized publication on Latin American studies, representing the highest level of understanding Latin American issues in the Chinese academia. Since its first issue in 1979, the journal has published over three thousand articles. These research results show that Chinese scholars are interested in a wide range of Latin American issues, which in general are closely related to China＇s development and the growth of Latin America. Among the important subjects of the journal＇s organized discussion are the social nature of Latin America, comparison of the development paths of the South and North Americas, comparison of Latin American and East Asian development models, evaluation of neoliberal reforms, debate on ＂Latin Americanization＂ and ＂middle income trap＂, and views on the rise of Latin American leftist and ＂21st century socialism＂. On all these topics, scholars have put forward many views in both positive and negative aspects, demonstrating that Chinese scholars strive for an objective and impartial evaluation of Latin American issues and an understanding of a real Latin America.
