摘要
陕西宁陕某磁铁矿精矿铁品位67.30%、Si O_26.00%,以其为研究对象进行了制备高纯铁精矿的试验研究。讨论了试验工艺流程、磨矿细度、磁场强度等因素对高纯铁精矿制备的影响,确定了制备高纯铁精矿的试验工艺流程和最佳工艺参数。通过阶段磨矿磁选的工艺流程,最终获得了产率为92.90%,TFe品位为71.32%,Fe回收率为97.00%,Si O_2含量为0.587%的高纯铁精矿。
The grade of Shaanxi Ningshan magnetite iron concentrate 6.00% of SiO2 containing is 67.30%. Experi- mental research on preparation of high purity iron concentrate were carried on it. By discussing such factors as test process, grinding fineness, strength of the magnetic field and other which impact on the preparation of high purity iron concentrate, the test process and best process parameters of preparation of high purity iron concentrate were determined. Through the stage grinding and magnetic separation process, a high purity iron concentrate with a yield of 92. 90 %, total Fe of 71.32 %, Fe recovery rate of 97.00 %, SiO2 of 0.587 % was obtained.
