摘要
通过偏光显微镜分析、电子探针、X射线衍射分析、化学分析等测试,对江西含钒石墨矿的化学组成、矿物组成、石墨的嵌布进行了系统研究。结果表明,该石墨矿石中石墨颗粒微细,最大0.0840 mm,最小0.0005mm,一般在0.0065~0.0250mm,微细粒片状的石墨和白云母、石英等密切相嵌,石墨片定向分布方向和白云母片的分布方向基本一致,二者平行连生,部分发生揉皱,当磨矿细度到-0.0130mm时,其单体解离度才达93.15%。脉石矿物以石英和白云母为主,少量的黄铁矿、赤铁矿、长石、绿泥石、矽线石和金红石。石墨原矿中V2O5含量为0.30%,钒主要赋存在脉石矿物白云母中,白云母中的V2O5占总V2O5的89.93%。总之,该石墨矿为难选矿,可考虑石墨和钒的综合回收。
The chemical composition, mineral composition ,dissemination characteristics and existence state of vana- dium of the vanadium-bearing graphite ore in Jiangxi Province were detailedly investigated through polarizing micro- scope,electron probe,XRD and chemical analysis. The results show that:the graphite particles is very fine and the maximum size is 0. 0840mm, the minimum is 0. 0005mm, and the generally is between 0. 0065 - 0. 0250mm. The flake graphite is homogeneously embedded by fine muscovite. The directional distribution of the graphite sheet is consistent with the distribution of the muscovite sheet, the two can be parallel symbiosis, some crumpled with each other. When the grinding fineness is below 0. 0130mm, the monomer dissociation can up to 93.15%. The primary gangue minerals are quartz, mica, hematite, feldspar, chlorite, sillimanite and futile. The content of V2O5 in graphite ore is 0.30% and vanadium exist mainly in muscovite,the content of V2O5 in muscovite is accounted for 89.93% of the total content of V2O5. In a word,this graphite ore is refractory ore and the comprehensive recovery of graphite and vanadium can be considered in this ore.
