摘要
针对八钢公司第二炼钢厂4#板坯连铸机的实际生产情况,分析了中板产线Q345系列连铸坯纵裂缺陷产生的原因。认为造成此系列连铸坯纵裂缺陷的主要原因是一冷冷却强度、保护渣性能、拉坯速度、钢水过热度等诸因素共同作用的结果,通过采取相应措施使板坯的表面纵裂纹得到有效的控制。
According to the actual production conditions of No. 4 slab continuous casting machine of Bayi steel's No.2steelmaking plant, the plate production line of Q345 continuous casting slab longitudinal cracks are analyzed. That caused the main reason for this series of continuous casting slab cracks, including crystallization cooling strength, performance of protective slag, drawing speed, molten steel superheat and other various factors results. By taking measures to make the slab surface longitudinal crack can be controlled effectively.
