转炉双联法冶炼高硅铁水的实践 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了新疆八钢南疆公司炼钢厂针对高硅铁水采用双联法冶炼工艺的生产情况。讨论了双联法在原料的装入制度、造渣制度、供氧制度等方面的特点。通过运用双联法冶炼工艺,很好地控制了钢水的质量,降低了生产成本:终点ω[C]=0.08%-0.16%,温度1670-1720℃。结果表明,双联法适于处理该公司高硅铁水。 The present paper introduces the refining practice by "BOF double-combining process"for high silicon hot metal of Bayi Steel in Baicheng, discusses the characteristics of this process in raw materials charging, slag making system,oxygen blowing system etc. Through the application of double-combining steelmaking process, it is good to control the quality of steel, reduce the cost of production: the final carbon could be controlled within 0.08%-0.16% and the final temperature could be controlled within 1670-1720℃,the results show that duplex steelmaking process is suitable for handling the high silicon hot metal.
