摘要
文章分析了影响中高碳钢盘条磷化质量的因素,通过改进磷化吊具,设计了一种担梁C形吊具。担梁C形吊具解决了中高碳钢盘条磷化质量差的问题,并提高磷化生产效率,中高碳钢盘条磷化后不松散并节约了场地。
Based on the analysis of factors affecting the quality of medium-high carbon steel wire rod in phosphating, by improving the hanger for phosphating, design a C type hanger of beam, the tools to solve the problem of poor quality of medium-high carbon steel wire rod in phosphating, and improve the efficiency of the phosphating production, mediumhigh carbon steel wire rod after phosphating is not loose and save space.
