摘要
生产企业通过建立工业控制系统联锁保护防止重大事故的发生,保障人身安全和设备系统稳定运行,提高生产效率。针对八钢炼铁在实际工作中执行联锁保护存在的问题进行了分析,就联锁保护标准化体系在实际生产中的进一步制度化、规范化提出了具体建议。
The production enterprises through the establishment of industrial control system interlocking protection to prevent major accidents, to ensure the safety of the body and equipment system to run stably, improve production efficiency. The interlock protection problems of ironmaking work of Bayi steel implementation in practical work are analyzed, the specific suggestions on the further institutionalization and standardization of the standard system of interlocking protection in the practical production are put forward.
