摘要
通过采用维氏硬度、拉力试验、金相、XRD织构测试及EBSD晶粒取向分布,对不同加工率下的高温短时间和低温长时间软化退火的压延铜箔坯料,进行了机械性能及组织结构的研究。结果表明,两种制程的坯料在机械性能一致的情况下,其内部组织结构存在差异;相同加工率下,高温短时间退火的坯料具有少的孪晶和强的立方织构取向,且随着软化退火前加工率的增加,立方织构强度增强;而低温长时间退火的坯料则具有较多的孪晶和多种弱的取向织构。
The paper studied mechanical properties and microstructure of billets of rolled copper foil with different processes by Vickers hardness and tensile tests,OM,XRD and EBSD. The results showed that the billets prepared with two different processes were different in microstructure with the same tensile properties. Based on the same processing rate,less twin crystals and strong cube texture orientation were observed in short-time high-temperature annealing,cubic texture intensity increased with the increase in processing rate before soft annealing; more twin crystals and weak orientation textures were observed in long-time low-temperature annealing.
