余热锅炉参数化设计系统研究

The Research About the Parameterization Design of the Waste Heat Boiler

余热锅炉是一种定制化机械产品,要根据不同客户的要求个性化设计,从而造成设计周期长、设计错误多的问题,因此需要研究快速化的设计方法。本文以余热锅炉为例,在总结以往设计经验的基础上,通过对产品结构、特点进行深入研究,运用模块化、参数化等产品设计开发技术,结合余热锅炉传统设计流程和方法,开发出了余热锅炉快速设计系统。

The waste heat boiler belongs to a kind of customization mechanical product, which should be designed based on the individualized requirements of the different customers. So, there are many problems existing in the design including longer cycle and more design errors, and the rapid design method should be researched. In this paper, according to the waste heat boiler and the design expe- riences summarized before, the rapid design system of the waste heat boiler was developed by using the modularization and parameterization product design development technology, combing the tradi- tional design process and method of the waste heat boiler and deeply researching the structure and characteristics of the products.
