摘要
对四川省农村幼儿教师的科学素养现状进行抽样调查,结果表明:当前四川省大部分的农村幼儿教师具有较好的科学价值观和崇尚科学的态度,但科学情感和科学精神有所不足;对科学研究的过程和方法了解程度较低;对幼儿教师必备的科学知识和技能掌握程度较低,总体科学素养偏低。通过加强对农村幼儿园科学活动开设情况的检查和指导、加大对农村幼儿教师科学素养培训的力度、改革幼儿师范学校的自然科学课程、研发农村幼儿教师的科学素养课程资源等措施可以提高农村幼儿教师的科学素养。在研发农村幼儿教师科学素养课程资源时要着重解决农村幼儿教师在科学情感、科学精神、科学知识与技能等方面的不足。
Sample survey of rural preschool teachers' science literacy in Sichuan Province is made. The results show as follows: most of the rural preschool teachers in Sichuan province have a better scientific value and attitude,but the scientific emotiol and spirit are insufficient,the knowing of process and method of scientific research being relatively low;the mastery of scientific knowledge and skills and the overall science literacy are relatively low. The science literacy of rural preschool teachers can be improved by strengthening the supervision and guidance of the scientific activities of rural kindergartens,increasing the intensity of scientific literacy training for rural teachers,reforming the natural science curriculum of preschool education institute,and developing the scientific literacy curriculum resources for rural teachers. In the development of rural preschool teachers' scientific literacy curriculum resources should focus on solving the problems of rural teachers on the aspects of the scientific emotions,scientific spirit,scientific knowledge and skills.
