摘要
结合具体工程实践,分析注浆法在软土路基加固工程中的应用形式及其作用机理,比选适宜运营高速铁路路基加固的注浆工法,并对注浆材料选择、注浆参数等进行设计。在此基础上开展全地层注浆和部分地层分层注浆2种不同形式的现场试验。通过对试验过程中地表变形、孔隙水压力、土体侧向变形的监测分析,得出注浆施工对地层扰动变形规律,据此给出合理的注浆控制方式,为正式的路基加固设计和施工提供借鉴。
Combined with specific construction practices, the application form and reinforcement mechanism of grouting technology in reinforcing soft soil subgrade were analyzed. Applicable grouting construction methods were compared and selected for the reinforcement of the subgrade of high speed railway in service while selection of grouting materials and design of grouting parameters were conducted. Subsequently, two different forms of field experiment were carried out, which included whole strata grouting and part strata with layered grouting. From the monitoring and analysis of ground surface deformation, pore water pressure and soil lateral deformation during the test, the stratum disturbance mechanism caused by grouting construction was concluded, whereby reasonable grouting controlling parameters can be developed to provide a reference for the actual subgrade reinforcement design and subgrade construction.
