以社会需求为导向的体育学硕士研究生培养模式改革研究——基于四所独立建制的体育高等学府的调查分析

Research on the Reform of the Training Mode of the Postgraduate Education of Sports Science with Social Demand Orientation——Investigation and analysis of four physical institutions of higher education

通过对四所独立建制的体育高等学府(以下简称体育院校)全日制在读体育学硕士研究生的就业意向进行调查,结果表明:1.体育院校的研究生就业意识增强,职业规划清晰;2.研究生对就业前景的认识客观,就业趋于理性;3.虽然期望值较高,但就业意向呈多元化发展趋势;4.互联网是研究生获取就业信息的首要渠道,导师及家长在研究生的择业过程中起着一定的引导作用;5.学校就业指导机构,在信息发布、就业辅导等方面的工作存在不足,服务职能有所欠缺。在调查研究的基础上,结合工作实际,提出了基于社会需求为导向的体育学研究生培养模式改革路径。

This paper analyzes the employment intention of the full- time graduate students in the four physical education institutions of higher education with independent establishment（ hereinafter referred to as the physical education institutes）. Research results show that： Firstly,employment consciousness of the graduate students is keeping increasing,and the career planning is quite clear. Secondly,the graduate students have an objective and rational understanding of the employment prospects. Thirdly,the employment intention is a diversified development trend although the expected value is high. Fourthly,the internet is the priority to obtain employment information,and tutors and parents also play a guiding role in the process of graduate students＇ career. Fifthly,there are some disadvantages of the information dissemination,employment guidance and service function of the school employment guidance institutions. On the basis of investigation and research,this paper puts forward the social demand- oriented training path of physical education graduate students.
