摘要 美国大学联合会(NCAA)是美国大学竞技体育的管理机构,经过一百多年发展,逐渐打造了美国高校篮球、橄榄球、棒球、冰球等一系列联赛成为最著名的品牌,其最核心的内容是遵循了教育性的基本规律,靠建立完善的法律法规体系做保障,强大的竞赛体系为基础,依靠市场化运作作为助推剂,不仅为国家输送了最优秀的运动员,还为高校、运动员、社会等各方面创造了不可估量的价值,为我国高校竞技体育发展提供有益启示。 National Collegiate Athletic Association( NCAA) is the American University athletics management mechanism. After more than a hundred years of development,NCAA have gradually built American college basketball,football,baseball,hockey and a series of Leagues to become the most famous brand. Its core content is following the basic rules of education,building the perfect system of laws and regulations,powerful competition system as the basis,relying on the market operation as a boosting agent. NCAA not only conveyed the most outstanding athletes for the country,but also created an inestimable value for the university,athletes and society. It provided useful inspiration for the development of competitive sports in the universities of our country.
