摘要 采用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,分析了我国高职院校体育课程内容结构,探讨了《标准》发布后其改革的方向与整体设计,得出:以运动技能教学为主,理论知识贯穿其中,是当下我国高职院校体育课程内容的基本结构;"面窄、量少"是其主要特点。《标准》出台后,从质与量的要求,提出了以知识、体能、技能为主体结构的高职院校体育课程内容新体系;体能素质练习、体质健康测评、新兴体育运动项目的开发是其课程内容改革的重点与主要突破口;科学设计知识、体能、技能各部分的具体内容,要以强化基础、凸显应用,遵循共性与个性为基本思路。 Using literature review,survey method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,analysis of the structure of PE curriculum in Higher Vocational Colleges in China,this paper discusses the content,"standard"issued after the reform direction and the overall design,concluded that: to the sports skill teaching,theory of knowledge through the present,is the basic structure of physical education in Higher Vocational Colleges the content of the; "narrow,less"is its main features. "Standard"after the introduction,from the quality and quantity requirements,put forward by the knowledge,skills,physical fitness for the new system of PE curriculum in Higher Vocational Colleges content body structure; physical quality training,development of physique health evaluation,emerging sports project is the key and major breakthrough in the reform of curriculum content; the specific content of each part of the scientific design knowledge,physical fitness,skills,to strengthen the foundation,highlighting the application,follow the commonness and individuality as the basic train of thought.
