新建地方本科院校教学科研互动机制的理论与实证研究

Theoretical and Empirical Research of the Interactive Mechanism of Academic Study and Scientific Research in Local Newly Built Undergraduate Colleges

以广东省五所新建地方本科院校的体育院系为研究对象,分析其教学和科研结合的现状以及二者共同发展的机制。研究结果认为,新建地方本科院校体育专业的科研和教学工作在较大程度上实现了互促,但是在一定程度上也存在脱钩现象。部分地方新建本科院校体育院系科研和教学的价值导向失衡、学生科研活动滞后。提升广东省新建地方本科院校体育院系教学和科研结合力度的对策包括:恰当处理教学与科研的辩证关系,建立和完善相关制度;合理规划,建立人尽其才的人员配置机制;培养学生的科研能力。

Taking the P. E department in five local new- built undergraduate course colleges as the objects of study,this thesis is analyzing the status quo of the combination of teaching and scientific research,and also their development mechanism. The research shows,the academic study and scientific research in these departments promote each other in a great extent,but there still exists some separation. It appears the unbalance of the value orientation in teaching and scientific research and lagging of the student scientific research in some of these departments. The approach to better coincide the academic study and scientific research in local new- built undergraduate course colleges includes： dealing with the dialectical relationship between teaching and scientific research appropriately,establishing and perfecting the relative regulation,building the staffing mechanism to give full scope to the talents with rational planning,cultivating students＇ ability of scientific research.
