高等农业院校创新创业教育改革的实践与探索

Practice and Exploration of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Reform in Higher Agricultural Universities

创新创业教育作为现阶段我国高等教育改革与发展的重要任务,已经成为促进中华民族伟大复兴和社会不断进步的动力。基于当前高等农业院校创新创业教育普遍存在问题的分析,介绍了东北农业大学创新创业教育的实践和取得的经验与成果。根据国家经济社会发展和教育发展的新形势,提出了深入贯彻创新创业教育理念、建设专兼结合创新创业师资队伍、完善创新创业训练体系、开展创新创业竞赛和精英教育、建立健全创新创业服务体系等五个方面的对策建议,以促进我国高等农业院校创新创业教育质量的进一步提升。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education, as an important task of the reform and development of higher education in China, has become the driving force to promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the continuous progress of society. The common problems of current innovation and entrepreneurship educa- tion in agricultural universities were analyzed in this paper. In addition, the practice and experience of innova- tion and entrepreneurship education in Northeast Agricultural University were introduced. According to the new situation of national economic and social development as well as education development, the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to further improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher agricultural universities in China, which were based on five aspects： （ 1 ） thoroughly implementing the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education, （2） constructing a specific duty plus non-specific duty based teaching team in innovation and entrepreneurship education, （3）improving the innovation and entrepre- neurship training system, （4）carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship competition and elite education, （5） establishing and improving the service system of innovation and entrepreneurship.
