Empirical Studies on Deepening Comprehensive Reform in Chinese Tertiary Institutions: Taking Four Universities of TJ,HS,XN and CJ for Examples

高校综合改革已成为当前教育领域热点问题。基于四所各具代表性高校的综合改革方案,重点从内部治理结构改革、人才培养模式改革、人事制度改革、科研体制机制改革等四个方面进行了对比分析,进而得出相应结论。

Comprehensive reform in universities is a hotly-debated issue in tertiary institutions in China. Based on the comprehensive reform plans made by four universities each with special features, the present paper made a comparative analysis and drew the conclusions on deepening comprehensive reform in Chinese tertiary in- stitutions mainly from four aspects： internal administrative structure reform, talent cultivation patterns reform, personnel system reform and research system reform.
