肝、肺两脏的关系,不仅表现在气机升降的调节方面,还表现在将相和谋、升降协调、五行相制、阴阳相济、经络相贯等方面。肝肺经脉的贯通也是肝肺两脏在生理上相互为用,在病理上相互影响的重要途径。肺气的宣发与肃降运动是肺发生生理功能的基础,对于维持肺的生理功能起着至关重要的作用。肺气的运动属于脏腑之气的运动,属于气机运动的范畴,而这种运动同样也离不开肝气疏泄作用的调节。
