中西医结合治疗颈部淋巴结结核临床研究

Clinical Research on Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Cervical Lymph Node Tuberculosis

目的:探讨中西医结核治疗颈淋巴结结核的临床疗效。方法:将76例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组38例。对照组采用病灶清除+区域淋巴结清扫术或脓肿切开引流(热脓肿型),同时予以全身化疗。治疗组在对照组基础上口服消瘰汤+瘰疬宁片治疗。结果:对照组有效率为77.8%,治疗组有效率为97.5%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访1 a,对照组中4例复发,治疗组中无复发,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗颈部淋巴结结核疗效显著,显复发率低。

Objective ： To study the clinical effect of Chinese, and western medicine treatment of cervical lymph node tuberculosis. Meth- ods： 76 patients were randomly divided into the control group （38 cases） and the observation group （38 cases）. The control group a- dopted lesions cleared and regional lymph node cleaning operation or abscess incision drainage abscess （heat type）, at the same time made a systemic chemotherapy. The observation group of patients on the basis of this combined with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） Xiaoluo Tang and Luolining tablets. Results： The effective rate of control group was 77.8% , and the treatment group was 97. 5%, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Follow-up of 1 year,4 cases recurrence in the control group, in the observation group no recurrence, comparing the two groups showed that there was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Combi- ning traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of cervical lymph node tuberculosis has distinct curative effect, low recurrence rate.
