摘要
目的:探讨纠错式多媒体教学在中医骨伤科学中的教学效果。方法:两个班级(76名学生)交替采用传统书本式课堂教学、普通多媒体课堂教学和纠错式多媒体课堂教学方法,对骨伤科中专科检查内容进行教学;授课结束后进行课堂考核、书面考核和学生主观综合评价。结果:在课堂考核和学生主观评价方面,纠错式多媒体课堂教学方法优于其他两种教学方法(P<0.05),在书面考核方面三种教学方法无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:纠错式多媒体课堂教学方法可以活跃学生思维、增加师生互动,从而提高教学效果。
Objective: To investigate the effect of error-correcting multimedia teaching in traumatology and orthopedics of TCM. Methods: Traditional classroom teaching,general multimedia classroom teaching and error correction multimedia teaching were alternately used in the teaching of orthopedic specialist physical examination. Classroom assessment,written examination and subjective evaluation of students were implemented. Results: In the classroom assessment and subjective evaluation of students',error correction multimedia teaching is superior to the other two teaching methods( P 〈0. 05),no significant difference in terms of the three in written examination( P〈 0. 05). Conclusion: The error correction multimedia teaching methods can active student thinking,increase teacher-student interaction and improve teaching effectiveness.
