穴位敷贴联合艾附暖宫丸治疗宫寒型原发性痛经临床观察

Clinical Observation of Acupoint External Application Combined with “Aifu Nuangong Pill”in Treating Primary Dysmenorrhea of Uterus Cold Type

目的:探讨穴位敷贴联合艾附暖宫丸治疗宫寒型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:纳入600例宫寒型原发性痛经患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组300例。对照组予艾附暖宫丸口服,治疗组予穴位敷贴联合艾附暖宫丸治疗,以1个月经周期为1个疗程,共观察2个疗程。评价两组患者的中医证候疗效,比较患者痛经的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、口述描绘分级(VRS)及疼痛持续时间。结果:治疗后,对照组的中医证候疗效总有效率为63.93%,治疗组为76.04%,治疗组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的中医证候积分均明显下降(P<0.01),且治疗组患者的积分低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组患者的疼痛VAS评分均显著降低(P<0.01),且治疗组患者的评分低于对照组(P<0.01);两组患者的疼痛VRS分级情况较治疗前均明显改善(P<0.01),且治疗组的VRS分级情况明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组患者的疼痛持续时间均明显缩短(P<0.01),且治疗组患者的疼痛持续时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:穴位敷贴联合艾附暖宫丸可有效减轻宫寒型原发性痛经患者的疼痛症状,改善患者的中医证候。

Objective： To explore the effect of acupoint external application combined with ＂Aifu Nuangong Pill ＂in treating patients with primary dysmenorrhea of uterus cold type. Methods： Six hundred patients with primary dysmenorrhea of uterus cold type were selected and randomly divided into the control group and treatment group with 300 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with ＂Aifu Nuangong Pill＂orally and the patients in the treatment group were treated with acupoint application combined with＂Aifu Nuangong Pill＂. One menstrual cycle was taken as a course of treatment and a total of two courses of treatment was observed. The effect of Chinese medical syndrome was evaluated. The Visual Analogue Scale（ VAS） score,Verbal Rating Scales（ VRS） grade and the duration of pain on dysmenorrheal were compared.Results： The total effective rates on Chinese medical syndrome of treatment group and control group were 76. 04% and63. 93% respectively and the effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. After treatment,the Chinese medical syndrome scores of both groups were decreased significantly（ P 〈0. 01） and the scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group（ P 〈0. 01）. After treatment,the VAS scores of both groups were decreased（ P 〈0. 01） and the scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group（ P 〈0. 01）; the VRS grades of both groups were improved obviously（ P〈 0. 01） and the VRS grade in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（ P〈 0. 01）. After treatment,the duration of menstrual pain of both groups was shortened significantly（ P 〈0. 01） and the pain duration of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group（ P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Acupoint application combined with＂Aifu Nuangong Pill＂can effectively alleviate the menstrual pain and improve the Chinese medical syndrome for patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold uterus type.
