铁皮石斛提取物保湿性能研究

Study on the Moisturizing Effect of Dendrobium officinale

目的:对铁皮石斛的吸湿和保湿性能进行研究,以探讨其在保湿类化妆品中的应用价值。方法:通过称重法、细胞水平抗干燥损伤、保湿功能测定和皮肤保湿功效评估等方法综合评价铁皮石斛提取物的保湿性能。结果:铁皮石斛提取物在2 h和4 h均表现出与同等质量的透明质酸钠相当的保湿效果,6 h保湿率也接近50%;能够显著抵御干燥对表皮细胞的损伤,使细胞活力增加,且具有一定的浓度依赖性,200μg/ml铁皮石斛防护率可达22.84%,可明显提升细胞活力至62.54%;人体测试结果显示涂抹含有20μg/ml铁皮石斛的乳液后,皮肤水合度逐渐提升,优于空白基质乳液,在2.5 h时水合度相对于使用前增加了16.13%(P<0.01)。结论:铁皮石斛水提物具有较好的皮肤保湿效果,在开发化妆品保湿类产品中具有巨大的应用价值。

Objective： To study the moisturizing effect of Dendrobium officinale,hereby to discuss the application value for moisturizing function cosmetic products. Methods： By weighing method,assessment of anti-dry injury / moisturizing function in cell level and skin moisture test to comprehensive assess the moisturizing effect of Dendrobium officinale—which was extracted by decoction. Results： Dendrobium officinale extract exhibited almost equal moisturizing ability to sodium hyaluronate with the same mass fraction at 2 h and 4 h（ p 〉0. 05）,still close to 50% moisturization rate at 6 h; Good anti-drying injury protective effect in vitro by increased the cells viability with a concentration dependent manner,enhanced cells activity to62. 54% at 200μg / ml with protective ratio 22. 84%; Also has the moisturizing effect in vivo as 20 μg / ml of Dendrobium officinale extract used in cosmetic formulation. After using for 2. 5 h Hydrature was increased 16. 13% than before（ P 〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Dendrobium officinale water extract has good skin moisturizing effect and has great application value in the development of cosmetic moisturizing products.
