山豆根的毒性病理学研究进展

Research Progress on Toxicologic Pathology of Radix et Rhizoma Sophorae Tonkinensise

随着中药安全性评价的广泛开展,毒性病理学在中药毒性研究中的重要性也日益凸显。临床常用的山豆根作为一种有毒中药,若使用不当,会使机体产生严重的毒性反应甚至导致死亡。综述近年来山豆根的毒性病理学研究进展,主要包括山豆根所致的神经毒性、肝毒性、胃肠毒性等。

With the development of safety evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine,toxicologic pathology become increasingly prominent in toxicity studies of traditional Chinese medicine. As a toxic traditional Chinese herb,Radix et Rhizoma Sophorae Tonkinensise was used widely in clinical practice. But if it is misused,it may make the body produce severe toxic effects and even lead to death. This article summarized the research progress on toxicologic pathology of Radix et Rhizoma Sophorae Tonkinensise in recent years,including toxicologic pathology of Neurotoxicity,hepatic toxicity and gastrointestinal toxicity induced by Radix et Rhizoma Sophorae Tonkinensise,etc.
