血清五聚素3浓度在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病中的临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的检测冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者血清五聚素3(pentraxin3,PTX3)浓度,并探讨其在冠心病的临床意义。方法用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法检测150例冠心病患者以及124例健康对照组血清PTX3脂肪因子浓度。结果冠心病组血清中PTX3脂肪因子浓度均明显低于健康对照组.差异有统计学意义[(0.67±0.21)ng/mL%(1.41±0.18)ng/mL,P=0.000]。Logistic回归分析表明,PTX3脂肪因子是冠心病的保护因素。血清PTX3诊断冠心病的受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)下面积为O.951(0.921~0.985),最佳截点为465.21ng/mL(敏感度为72.25%,特异度为89.35%,P=0.021)。结论血清PTX3脂肪因子与临床指标密切相关,它是冠心病保护因素,可用于冠心病诊断。 Objectives To detect the serum concentration disease, and to evaluate its clinical application. Methods of pentraxin 3 (PTX3) in patients with coronary heart Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the serum concentrations of PTX3 in 150 patients with coronary heart disease and 120 healthy controls. Results Serum concentration of PTX3 in patients with coronary heart disease was significantly lower than that in healthy controls [ (0.67±0.21) ng/mL vs. (1.41±0.18) ng/mL, P=0.000]. Multiple Logistics regression analysis showed that PTX3 was an independent protective factors for coronary heart disease. The area under the receiver operator characteristic (ROC) curve of PTX3 to diagnose coronary heart disease was 0.951 (0.921-0.985) with the best cutoff value of 465.21 ng/mL(sensitivity: 72.25%; specificity: 89.35%,P=0.021). Conclusions PTX3 is closely related to clinical parameters. It is regarded as a protective factor for coronary heart disease as a promising biomarker, and also has a significant application value in the diagnosis, monitoring and assessment of the disease.
