Through the design of systematic management plan , formulation of detailed management processes and measures, the specific indicators of peri - operation period supervision were determined. The precision management with effectiveness and efficiency was achieved by informatization means, in order to improve medical service quality and operation efficiency and to ensure the management objective of the safety of patients with operation.
