The architecture design, functionality design, and implementation effect of the surgical qualification authorization closed -loop management platform based on ICD -9 -CM -3 were described. The platform took PDCA cycle as management mode, and connected the four processes of surgery classification, qualification authorization, quality monitoring, and capability assessment. The platform achieved closed -loop management of surgical qualification authorization, regulated medical practice, strengthened the awareness of surgical risk, and effectively improved surgical safety.
