摘要
针对筒节重型切削加工过程硬质合金刀片容易出现粘结破损问题,进行硬质合金刀片粘结破损机理分析,并进行工件材料与刀片材料元素扩散实验研究.首先,分析刀-屑粘结形成实质,并根据筒节重型切削加工条件和材料特性分析刀片粘结破损形成条件;然后,分析硬质合金刀片粘结破损机理;进而,设计元素扩散实验方案,进行高温条件下的元素扩散实验,对试块扩散剖面进行扩散元素分析;最后,分析扩散元素的种类、扩散距离和扩散浓度,通过实验数据可以研究粘结层强度及其对刀片粘结破损的影响.研究结果将为深入研究刀片粘结破损及刀片新材质开发提供一定的依据.
Aiming at the problem of adhering failure of cemented carbide insert in the process of heavy-duty cutting large cylinder, the adhering failure mechanism of cemented carbide insert is analyzed and the element diffu- sion between the material of insert and workpiece is experimental researched. Firstly, the formation substance of in- sert-chip adhering is analyzed as well as the adhering conditions according to the heavy-duty machining conditions and material characteristics. Secondly, the adhering failure mechanism of insert is analyzed. Next, the experimen- tal scheme of element diffusion is designed. Then, the element diffusion experiments are carried out under the con- dition of high temperature so as to study of the diffusion elements on the diffusion section of specimens. At last, the species, diffusion distance and diffusion concentration of diffusion elements are analyzed. So the adhering layer strength and its effect on the insert' s adhering failure can be studied using the experimental data. The research re- suits will provide certain basis for the in-depth study of insert' s adhering failure and new material development.
