摘要
临床科室绩效管理是医院管理的基础。设置骨科行政助理一职,通过建立科室绩效管理机制,制定科室绩效考核办法,将医疗绩效分为住院和门诊急诊指标。客观准确的绩效考核结果更能体现个人工作价值,起到激励作用。设置行政助理,一方面有利于科室管理精细化,一方面使临床科主任人才效益最大化。
Clinical department performance management is the foundation of hospital management. Through the establish- ment of department performance management mechanism and performance assessment measures, medical performance was divided into inpatient and outpatient emergency indicators. Objective and accurate performance evaluation result could better reflect the value of personal work, and play an incentives effect.
