摘要
成立品管圈,对手术器械在消毒供应中心的处置流程进行调查,分析周转时间长的影响因素,制定并落实针对性整改措施。手术器械在消毒供应中心平均周转时间由4.26h缩短到3.0h,提高了工作效率。
The quality control circle was established to investigate the disposal process of surgical instruments in the CSSD, to analyze influencing factors on long turnover time, to formulate and implement specific corrective measures. The average turnover time of surgical instruments in the CSSD was shortened from 4.26h to 3. Oh, which improved work efficiency.
