摘要
借鉴项目管理基本理论和方法,提出学科建设项目管理的设计思路,在学科发展规划指导下,按照学科建设项目计划、项目实施、项目监控和项目收尾4个环节进行管理,旨在提高学科建设的工作效率,促进医院学科发展,增强医院核心竞争力。
With basic theory and method of project management, the design idea of the project management of discipline construction was put forward. Under the guidance of discipline development plan, project management was carried out according to four processes including project plan, application, supervision, and ending phases. It aimed to improve the work efficiency of discipline construction management, promote the development of hospital discipline, and enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital.
