2014年宜昌市医疗机构输血情况调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Blood Transfusion in Medical Institutions of Yichang City in 2014

目的了解宜昌市二级以上综合医院自体输血开展及异体血使用情况。方法对宜昌市2014年14家二级以上综合医院进行调查。结果 2014年,宜昌市人均用血为3.97ml,高于全国平均水平。三级医院与二级医院成分血使用率差别有统计学意义,手术人均红细胞用量差异也有统计学意义。但宜昌市自体输血率仅8.6%。结论宜昌市医疗机构在科学合理用血和大力开展自体输血方面尚有较大提升空间。相关部门需大力推广自体输血,同时强化医务人员科学合理用血培训。

Objective To investigate autologous and allogeneic blood transfusion use in the level- two and above general hospitals in Yichang City. Method A total of 14 general hospitals in Yichang City were included for investigation in 2014. Result In 2014, the per capita use of blood was 3.97ml in Yichang City, which was higher than the national level. The difference on the use of blood components and the operational use of red cell in between level - three hospitals and level - two hospitals had statistically significance. However, the proportion of autologous blood transfusion was only 8.6%. Conclusion There was still large space for improvement in science and rational use of blood and autologous transfusion in medical institutions in Yichang City. The relevant departments need to promote autologous transfusion, and strengthen medical personnel training on scientific and rational use of blood.
