基于团队管理理论基础,运用平衡计分卡方法与360度绩效考评方法,设立管理团队奖的各项指标。使科室在提高医务人员工作效率、技术水平、医疗服务等方面有不同程度的提升。充分发挥团队成员能动性,提高团队的工作效率,使得医院可以保持可持续发展的竞争优势。
Based on team management theory, the Balanced Score Card method and 360 - degree performance appraisal method were used to set up the indicators for management team incentives, which made varying degrees of improvement in raising the efficiency of medical staff, technical level, and medical services. It gives full play to the initiative team members, improves the efficiency of the team, so that hospitals can remain competitive long - term sustainable development.
