介绍全国名老中医黄吉赓教授从肺、脾、肾三脏论治痰饮咳嗽的临床经验。认为"痰饮伏肺"为痰饮咳嗽发病的宿根,肺、脾、肾三脏功能失调为发病之根本;临床可分寒热两型辨治,灵活运用止嗽散联合泽漆汤加减。并附验案1则。

This article introduces the clinical experience of Professor Huang Jigeng, who is a famous doctor of traditional chinese medicine （TCM）, on treating phlegm cough from lung, spleen and kidney of TCM. Professor Huang thought that the insidious phlegm in the lungs and the dysfunction of lung, spleen and kidney are the primary pathogensis of respiratory diseases. On the basis of summarizing the theories of predecessors, Professor Huang innovated to use his distinctive theories through all the procedures of the treatments based on syndrome differentiation.
