Al_2O_3-La_2O_3烧结助剂配比对SiC陶瓷结构与形貌的影响

摘要 以Al_2O_3和La_2O_3作为烧结助剂,在1900℃下采用无压烧结技术制备了SiC陶瓷,用XRD、SEM方法对陶瓷样品的微观结构及表面形貌进行了检测分析.结果表明:烧结体中主晶相均为6H-Si C相,烧结助剂Al_2O_3与La_2O_3体积比为2∶8时所制备的陶瓷样品颗粒较为光滑,且孔隙相对较少. SiC ceramics were fabricated by the pressing and sintering technology at 1900 ℃ with Al2O3 and La2O3 as sintering additives. The phase composition and SiC + (Al2O3+La2O3) ceramics were analyzed by XRD and SEM. The thermal conductivity of SiC ceramics was also discussed. The results show that, the main crystal phase in the sintered body are 6H-SiC. Volume ratio of 2 : 8 was prepared by SiC ceramic particles formed by Smooth, less porosity.
