摘要
K-means算法是一种基于样本间相似度的聚类方法.将K-means算法应用于教师评价研究中,分别对综合特征和单项特征进行聚类,不仅给出聚类结果,而且对综合聚类和单项聚类结果进行分析,找出各特征对综合聚类结果的贡献程度.为今后教师改进教学策略提供参考,也为今后评价特征的选取提供依据.
The K-means algorithm is a clustering method based on the similarity between samples. In this arti- cle, K-means algorithm was applied to study the assessment of teachers, the clustering of the comprehensive fea- tures and the individual features are respectively, not only the clustering results are given, but also the results of the comprehensive clustering and individual clustering are analyzed, find out the contribution of each feature to the re- suits of the comprehensive clustering. To provide reference for the improvement of teaching strategy, and also pro- vide the basis for the selection of evaluation of the characteristics in the future.
