1968-2013年我国季节性流感H3N2亚型的进化分析

摘要 目的了解我国季节性流感H3N2亚型在1968-2013年间的进化状况,为更好地防范该型流感提供依据。方法从流感基因数据库中(http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genomes/FLU/Database/)获取在中国发现的季节性流感病毒H3N2亚型的8个基因片段,采用BEAST v1.7.4进行BMCMC时间进化分析,获得Bayesian skyline图。结果季节性流感H3N2亚型在时间进化上其各片段核酸变异率总体在0.26-37.32∕(碱基·年),进化曲线明显地反映出流感在1968-2013年间进化不同。结论季节性流感H3N2亚型的进化在今后一段时间里仍会比较活跃,其中各个片段的进化情况不一致,变化较大的时间拐点值得深入分析。 Objective To understand the evolutionary pattern of seasonal influenza H3N2 subtype from 1968to2013 in China in order to provide evidence for the prevention. Methods Genome of influenza subtype H3N2 were achieved from library and BMCMC analysis were performed using BEAST v1.7.4.The evolutionary patterns were descripted by Bayesian skyline map. Results The overall evolutionary rates of substitution were between 0.26 and 37.32/(nt·year)of the 8segments of seasonal H3N2 and the changes were different.Conclusions The evolutionary changes of seasonal influenza virus H3N2 subtype are active and will keep active in the near future and these changes are in different segments of the genome.
