摘要
在教育改革的背景下，许多新建本科院校为谋求自身生存与发展，探索适合其发展的办学方式——校企合作。分析了基于校企合作的新建本科院校计算机专业教师的素质现状及成因，并就如何提高基于校企合作的新建本科院校计算机专业教师素质提出了观点和建议。
In the context of education reform, many new colleges to seek their own survival and development, and to explore ways for the development of their school -- the school-enterprise cooperation, analyze the present situation and cause of the computer teacher＇s quality, and give the ideas on how to improve it.
