结合电力交易业务的发展趋势，针对新疆新能源替代自备电厂的业务需求，通过信息化手段，支撑并疆新能源替代自备电厂交易业务的发展。该文从新能源替代自备电厂交易的意义、支撑现状、支撑体系功能设计、系统架构及网络拓扑设计等方面分别进行了综述，并对新疆新能源替代交易业务的信息化总体设计进行了分析和总结。

Combined with the development trend of electric power trade business, the business needs of Xinjiang new energy alter- native to the power plant, through the information means, support and new energy alternative to the development of the power plant business.
