摘要
日本大学"AO入学"选拔方式是20世纪90年代大学招生制度改革的产物,它以多元化的视角,注重考察学生的学习动机和适应能力,通过多样化的评价方式灵活地选拔学生。日本大学弹性化招生制度有许多成功的经验值得吸取。但是,近年来在日本人口"少子化"的影响下,越来越多的大学面临着生源不足的困境,"AO入学"选拔方式成为各大学争夺生源的战略手段,其在实施过程中暴露出的种种弊端更值得引以为戒。
Japanese AO Entrance selection system is the product of the university enrollment system reformation in 1990s. It selects students from diversified perspectives, emphasizing the examination of students' learning motivation and adaptive capacity, and also using diversified ways of evaluation. It has been more than 20 years since the execution of the Japanese AO Entrance selection system. There are a lot of experiences worthy of emulating and warning.
