摘要
试验旨在研究日粮蛋白水平对陕北白绒山羊种公羊日增重、养分消化和精液品质的影响。试验选取12只陕北白绒山羊种公羊,随机分为4组,每组3只。分别饲喂4种蛋白水平日粮:5.10%,7.11%,8.07%,9.35%。试验分为3个时期:配种预备期(50 d)、配种正式期(采精频率5天2次期20 d;2天4次期20 d)和恢复期(30 d)。结果表明:1)日粮蛋白水平与日增重和养分消化率有关。随着日粮蛋白水平升高,陕北白绒山羊种公羊日增重和CP消化率升高。2)蛋白采食量升高可以提高种公羊的射精量和精子密度,有利于配种。在本试验条件下,蛋白水平为8.07%(CPI为117 g)可以满足陕北白绒山羊种公羊的蛋白需要。
The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary proteins on average daily gain (ADG), nutrient digestibility and semen quality in Shanbei White Cashmere goat bucks. Twelve bucks were selected and allocated to 4 groups with 3 replicates per group by randomized block design. The bucks were randomly subjected to one of the following 4 diets with 5.10% , 7. 11%, 8.07% and 9. 35% of protein levels, respectively. The experiment involved 3 periods: pre-breeding period (50 d), breeding period (2 times every 5 days, 20 d; 4 times every 5 days, 20 d), and recovery period (30 d). The results showed as follow: 1 ) ADG and CP degradation were increased with dietary protein levels during all periods; 2) ejaculation volume and sperm motility were increased with dietary protein levels. It could be concluded that 8. 07% CP could meet the breeding needs of goat bucks under this experiment condition.
