摘要
《疫苗流通和预防接种管理条例》规定,预防接种异常反应具体补偿办法由省、自治区、直辖市人民政府制定。据此,上海市卫生和计划生育委员会与上海市财政局于2015年1月12日共同制发了《上海市预防接种异常反应补偿办法(试行)》。本文对于上海市预防接种异常反应补偿机制的建立,结合相关法律问题进行探讨。
Regulations on the administration of the circulation of vaccines and vaccination,immunization abnormal reaction to specific compensation measures shall be formulated by the people＇s governments of provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government.Accordingly,health and family planning commission and Shanghai municipal bureau of Shanghai on January 12,2015,jointly issued the ＂ Shanghai immunization abnormal reaction compensation method（try out）＂.This article for Shanghai immunization abnormal establishment of the compensation mechanism for combined with the relevant legal issues were discussed.
