医学院校卫生法学课程设置情况调查研究

Investigation and research on the curriculum of “Health Law” in medical colleges

提高医务人员法律意识,培养依法行医观念是现代医学教育的基本要求。本文以国内医学院校五年制临床医学专业为调查对象,收集其培养方案及教学计划,分析其《卫生法学》课程设置现状,并对调查结果进行讨论,提出一些解决对策。

It is the basic requirement of modern medical education to raise the legal consciousness of medical personnel and cultivate the concept of practicing according to law.This paper takes the clinical medicine specialties in domestic medical colleges for five years as its research objects.Authors collected training programs and teaching plans,analysed the situations of health jurisprudence curriculum.At the same time,authors discussed the results of the investigation,and put forward some countermeasures.
